Policies
Cancellation Policy- My cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both my clients and my business. I understand that life happens and I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice or no-show/missed appointments, the full amount will be charged. Exceptions for illnesses will be made. If you arrive late to an appointment, you may not be able to receive the full treatment time. I thank you for understanding and appreciate your business.
COVID 19- In light of the CDC's recent guidance that masks are no longer necessary, I will not be requiring masks for massage or reiki services. However, if you are medically compromised or just feel more comfortable using a mask, I will be more than happy to wear one for the duration of the appointment. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the safety of the massage environment. I am taking the necessary precautions to ensure your health and safety by regularly sanitizing the massage area and using fresh linens for each client. If you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms or have recently been exposed to COVID, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding!
